The Barn is run by husband and wife team Paula and Kieran O'Neill. Paula practices Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage while Kieran delivers Acupunture, Herbal Medicine, Food Intolerance Testing and Functional Medicine Testing. Both are passionate about natural health and have years of experience.

The wide selection of treatments that are offered here help to unlock the body’s own natural healing ability, provide the opportunity to relax, soothe away stress and relieve aches and pains.

All our treatments are provided in a warm comfortable, purpose built barn outside Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland and we follow a strict code of practice ensuring client confidentiality.

I have been practising Complementary Therapies for nearly 30 years, having first been drawn to a more holistic way of living in the early 90′s.

My interest in health and healing deepened as I began to fully appreciate the effect that stress has on us all mentally and physically and more importantly the effect the treatments have on alleviating that stress.

I am more passionate than ever on the use of complementary therapies such as reflexology, aromatherapy and massage treatments in the restoration of health and continue to improve my skills as a practitioner each year to keep up to date and ever developing to offer a quality and professional service.

My journey into natural and holistic medicine began in 1987 when I first became interested in how the human body/mind can heal itself, not just of the simple everyday aches, pains, etc. but from many of the more chronic conditions that affect many people in the western world today.

Having trained in various different fields of natural medicine I now use a combination of acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, body work, functional medicine and dietary advice to help people back to their best health.
